Eliza was born the 25-06-2009. Eliza was a beautiful little girl. She was diagnosed with CF when she was 3 days old. She was born with a colon block. She had major surgery, to try and fix it. The Dr’s told us that she will not live a week. And 12 years later on the 25-03-2009, 3 months before her 13th birthday, she passed away. She loved life and never complained about anything. She was kind hearted and she brought so much joy to everyone’s life. She loved to sing and wright her own music. She was going to wright music for one of South Africa’s pop Idols. She met the lady on her December holiday.  But she never had a chance to start writing. She landed up in hospital just after Christmas and just never came out again.

She loved cats. And if we wanted to treat her we could just buy her MacDonalds.

Eliza had the best Dr’s we could ask for. She had so many Dr’s, but I would like to thank Dr. Dave Richards, if it wasn’t for him, my sister would have passed away 3 years ago. Eliza loved him so much. They use to laugh, cry, play and do everything together.

Eliza new her time was up. Because after she passed away we found her poems and letters she wrote to my mom. And she told my mom not to be sad, because she’s in a better place.
