Sarah Morris, not Obama!!!

Dear friends, family and complete strangers,

I am writing this today to let you know how much Breathe 4 Tomorrow appreciates you. To personally thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support. For some of you it is the donations you have made and others of you are just simply readers on our page. I appreciate you all and don’t know that I will ever be able to express the true gratitude I have for you all.

I have been a part of the CFF for years and I have my own opinions on how things are done. From that, I am making a promise to you that this Foundation will set itself apart from any other Foundation out there. We have no interest in being the biggest, only the best. We want to change the CF community in a way no other foundation has and we know with the great love and devotion from our supporters, we will! WE WILL TOGETHER!!!

I know the financially struggles families are faced with. I definitely know the struggles that us CFers go through! I know that any little bit helps. While I know that it is important for us to find a cure, I also believe that we need to help families in the meantime. I have talked to many parents who are constantly faced with decisions of medicines verses mortgage payments or have gotten themselves into trouble because of putting their children’s medications on credit cards. Anyone who has been faced with this knows what I am talking about and can attest to the need in our community. I looked and looked when I was faced with losing my house in 2007 after a hospitalization. I contacted every CF foundation I could find to no avail. At that point Breathe 4 Tomorrow Foundation was started… The process has been long and a constant uphill battle, but it is worth every minute of it! I believe that the more that we raise awareness for CF, whether it be a pin or a bracelet, the better off we will all be. It always surprises me how many people don’t know what Cystic Fibrosis is… I want to change that and with your help, we will!!! Along with that, making sure that every person we come in contact with is a registered organ donor is top priority. Without donors, there are numerous of my CF friends that would not be here. Including my co-founder Aaron…

I could go on and on, but at some point you are going to be tired of reading so I will end with this, knowing that even one person has breathed a little easier because of us, that is success… and that is all we want!!!
